The IATA baggage size is 55 x 35 x 20 cm (or 21.7 x 13.8 x 7.9 inches). Please make sure that your baggage(s) will fit in this locker. Strasbourg Train Station Luggage Storage

The luggage storage at Strasbourg Train Station is located just a few minutes away from the Strasbourg SNCF Train Station.

Equipped with 81 luggage lockers, our store allows you to drop off your bags, suitcases, and other personal belongings in complete autonomy. Indeed, by using our automated luggage lockers, you can access them as many times as you wish, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., every day of the year, for the entire duration of your rental.

Locker Rental in Strasbourg

Simply select the day you want to drop off your luggage and the day you want to pick it up on this page. Then, in less than 2 minutes, enter your contact information and proceed with the online payment. Your locker will be immediately reserved under your name, and you will receive your access codes for the store entrance and your locker within a minute.

Secure Locker

Our locker is under video surveillance, and we ensure access control to the store and the lockers. Access to the store is by a personal code, which provides additional protection for the storage area. Our support team is available every day of the year, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Our lockers, as well as the premises are cleaned and disinfected several times a week by our maintenance staff.

We are open from 8 AM to 10 PM 7 days a week.

You can book online 24/24 - 7/7. You must book as soon as possible to be sure to get a locker.

No, your booking is valid from 8:00 am to 10:00pm.

The daily price is €12.00 or €15.00 per locker for one day (8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.) depending on the date and location.

For reservations of several days the prices are decreasing. Some days benefit from promotions, going down to 2 €/day.

This dimension is suitable for most large suitcases and should allow to fit up to 4 carry-on suitcases in international IATA format (55 x 35 x 20 cm / 21.7 x 13.8 x 7.9 inches).

What can I store in my luggage locker? (215.26KB)

Maximum weight 30 kgs (66 pounds)/locker.

We remind you that the fact of having contracted COVID (or any other disease) does not constitute a reason for reimbursement, in accordance with our General Conditions of Sale.

As indicated in the General Conditions of Sale and in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 221-28-12° of the Consumer Code, reservations are neither exchangeable nor refundable. Only a closure at the initiative of CITY-LOCKER, caused by a technical incident or a case of force majeure, can give rise to a refund or postponement.

They are by an insurance that covers certain incidents occurring to Luggage (material damage to the Luggage and its contents, breakage, loss/destruction, theft) that may arise during storage, to the exclusion of all other incidents and according to our general terms and conditions of sales.

This insurance is valid for the duration of the rental, from the closing of the locker assigned when booking to the reopening.

The maximum amount of support of €1,500 per locker.

The security of your luggage is an essential point for us. Our stores impose reinforced access control, using 2 independent codes (entrance door and locker).

For maximum security, these access codes are changed every day, even if your reservation covers several days.

You can enter as many times as you want during the day of your booking, from 8:00am to 10:00pm. You do not need to pay again.

    We used City Locker in Strasbourg. It was an easy walk from the train station. The instructions were very clear as to how to access the building and how to use the locker.     Tout s'est bien passé. À notre arrivée, l'écran n'était pas en service, mais nous avons appelé le numéro et une personne est venue tout de suite pour prendre en charge nos valises. Au retour, aucun souci, nous avons récupéré nos bagages. Grands casiers où il est possible de mettre 3 valises cabine.

    The locker was in a good location (just a a few blocks from the train station) to store our luggage while we explored the city. The entry door was propped open and the machine to enter our locker code wasn’t working, however there was an attendant there who came out when needed to put our bags in and retrieve them without a wait.

    I was a little cautious being my first time, but I had a great experience. It was very close to the train station - a clean and easy-to-use facility. Felt very safe. The only thing that would have made it even easier/safer (IMO) would have been access via barcode/ QR code ticket that I could drop in my Apple wallet. Since this was not the case, I printed the codes to paper in case I didn't have internet access.
