The luggage storage at Strasbourg Train Station is located just a few minutes away from the Strasbourg SNCF Train Station.

Equipped with 81 luggage lockers, our store allows you to drop off your bags, suitcases, and other personal belongings in complete autonomy. Indeed, by using our automated luggage lockers, you can access them as many times as you wish, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., every day of the year, for the entire duration of your rental.

Our lockers, as well as the premises are cleaned and disinfected several times a week by our maintenance staff.

We are open from 8 AM to 10 PM 7 days a week.

You can book online 24/24 - 7/7. You must book as soon as possible to be sure to get a locker.

No, your booking is valid from 8:00 am to 10:00pm.

The daily price is €12.00 or €15.00 per locker for one day (8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.) depending on the date and location.

For reservations of several days the prices are decreasing. Some days benefit from promotions, going down to 2 €/day.

This dimension is suitable for most large suitcases and should allow to fit up to 4 carry-on suitcases in international IATA format (55 x 35 x 20 cm / 21.7 x 13.8 x 7.9 inches).

What can I store in my luggage locker? (215.26KB)

Maximum weight 30 kgs (66 pounds)/locker.

As indicated in the General Conditions of Sale and in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 221-28-12° of the Consumer Code, reservations are neither exchangeable nor refundable. Only a closure at the initiative of CITY-LOCKER, caused by a technical incident or a case of force majeure, can give rise to a refund or postponement.

They are by an insurance that covers certain incidents occurring to Luggage (material damage to the Luggage and its contents, breakage, loss/destruction, theft) that may arise during storage, to the exclusion of all other incidents and according to our general terms and conditions of sales.

This insurance is valid for the duration of the rental, from the closing of the locker assigned when booking to the reopening.

The maximum amount of support of €1,500 per locker.

The security of your luggage is an essential point for us. Our stores impose reinforced access control, using 2 independent codes (entrance door and locker).

For maximum security, these access codes are changed every day, even if your reservation covers several days.

You can enter as many times as you want during the day of your booking, from 8:00am to 10:00pm. You do not need to pay again.

    Good location, about a 5 minute walk from the station. Security was good, as was ease of use. Only difficulty was I was allocated a top locker above my head height and had great trouble lifting a large 23kg suitcase up that high and getting it down again. We were two women travelling with a shared case. If I had been on my own, I would not have been able to use the locker allocated. Would suggest an option for a low level locker is offered for older / less able users with larger/heavy cases to leave.
