Only a closure at the initiative of CITY-LOCKER, caused by a technical incident or a case of force majeure, can give rise to a refund or postponement.

We used City Locker in Strasbourg. It was an easy walk from the train station. The instructions were very clear as to how to access the building and how to use the locker.
